CANCELLATION POLICY

Our appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance because we 

understand appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled.


We are implementing the following Cancellation Policy:

CLIENTS WHO DO NOT CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE 

THEIR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE PRICE

CLIENTS WHO FAIL TO SHOW UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT 

NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED 100%

Our Cancellation Policy allows the time to inform our standby guest of 

any availability as well as optimize our team members schedules
